"Vivek was the representative that was able to get in touch with me for finding a new car insurance policy. If you ever work with this branch you’ll want to work with him. After about the first 10 minuets of talking with him I knew I was going to switch companies. The service and attention to detail as well as relatability of his service was top tier! He guided me through the policy with a surprising breadth of knowledge, explained details of the policy, as well as did a great job of finding the policy that was customized and right for me. He made sure I got a competitive rate that covered me as much as possible and from insurance that’s more than you could ask for. I’ve been with at least 3 different companies and this was by far the most care and truly informative onboarding experience I’ve experienced."
